A message from Heather Toderean
Hello! My name is Heather Toderean. Florin & I started in the janitorial business when we were 18 years old. That business evolved into the start of a residential & commercial carpet cleaning business (Pacific Coast Services) and that eventually grew to include our retail flooring store (Heirloom Flooring Gallery).
We feel that our service background sets us apart from other flooring stores because we don't necessarily have to sell flooring to every customer that comes in. We're a full-service flooring company - We can clean your carpet or tile & grout, and much more. Or we can sand & refinish your hardwood floors if that will better serve our customers.
It is our goal to build a good reputation and lasting relationships with each customer who comes in. We want to sell & install their flooring and then we want them coming back to us when they need that annual cleaning. We also want to earn referrals. We believe that a referral based business is a business built to last.
As long-time residents of the Sacramento area, Florin and I enjoy strong ties to the community and our church, as well as, raising our four young children here.
